Located in the fashionable Chester suburb of Hoole, The Faulkner has
been extensively refurbished. Internal walls have been removed to open the
unit up. New floors have been laid throughout using oak and slate
'The Faulkner' is open from 11 am each morning serving fresh juices
and breakfasts and will be the only outlet in Hoole to serve Union Coffee Roasters, Free Trade Coffee.
'The Faulkner' food consists of a simple and varied menu comprising of hand stretched stone baked pizzas and fantastic homemade gormet burgers. A section of the menu focuses on 'comfort food' and includes the 'Posh
Chip Buttie', doorstop chunks of freshly buttered bread served with rocket
and hollandaise or the ultimate fish finger sandwich served on a ciabatta
with sun dried tomatoes and rocket our pizza’s are available to take away.
The Faulkner plays host to DJ's playing laid back bar and Lounge
music at the weekends and offer a relaxed alternative to the City centre. All major football games are shown on our large screen TV’s.
There will be free wireless access for our customers to enjoy; "Lunch while you surf the net or pick up your emails".
